Hey scotty. I have a 2006 toyota tacoma 2.7 base model access cab. Check engine light comes on. I scanned it, codes are p0455. And p0441. I changed the gas cap already. What's your opinion?
$5 Android app called Torque and a OBD2 dongle off Ebay if you want to check the codes yourself.
Best info on yt
It's a Toyota not a Harley Davidson
I like that Scotty's Cat did a cameo today !!!
Please tell me what is wrong this corella car? What is their design bad? There is no closed caption.
i wonder if that fancy scan tool can do OBD1 cars to perfection?

Scotty has never driven a Toyota Cavalier apparently 😀 (insert laughing horse pic)
I love to have that Bosh Scanner. Thanks for the post keep up the great work from Canada.
CSI: Toyota
That car it's a tin can . Noisy interior and no gutts
I have a 85 Ford bronco just got the street six in it and it has low back through the valve cover what do you think is wrong with it
Scotty, you should have a one day class where mechanics go to you or you meet them, and you ask them questions like how much do you charge to check out a vehicle using a fancy scan tool. That way you will get to know them for a.short time and can tell if they are a good mechanic or not. If they pass your class, they get a certificate which they can put in their garage or service bay. Those certificates will have a reference number and your YouTube information so that particular mechanic can be verified. I drove vehicles at an Acura dealership and go to know some of the techs fairly well. I asked tell how much to change the transmission fluid on a Toyota Yaris 2 door hatchback with automatic transmission. They told me $60.00 so I googled how to do it. I bought the fluid at a Toyota dealership and changed it myself for about $15.00. I am not very mechanically inclined, and it came out fine. It shifts smoother now. When should I change it again, every 3 years and what about the coolant?
Look at the driver side bumper to fender gap !!!!
The best toyota ever build in 1990 to 2003 , earlier toyotas specially 2005 to till date are getting over engineered & unreliable and not stronger like German cars. Future of toyota is not hopefully.
My Toyota tire pressure light was on for 2-3 years just turned off yesterday! Stayed on even after new tire installation. put correct tire pressure on all tires a few weeks before… That must have fixed it or the electronics are failing now.
Hey Scotty my mom has a 2006 Toyota Avalon 3.5 liter V6 and i noticed a couple year after we got it there was paint coming off from under the hood what can i do about that
Scotty’s celica has had 240k miles for the past five years I’ve been watching him.
So the worst Corolla to buy is the one that has crashed into a concrete wall
My 1993 Toyota Corolla with 212,000 mi shakes. It’s been that way for the past couple of decades
