honestly, I've taken apart my own water damaged Honda hybrid battery pack. it was able to pass current but the relays I wouldn't trust being rebuilt. the DC arcing is going to make things really bad quickly in the high voltage relays and premature failure can be expected.
amazingly the cells post water were still holding charge very well. the control electronics were another story.
