We replace the VVT-i Cam Gear O-ring with a new Viton O-ring due to age and brittleness. This was causing an oil leak after I changed all the cam seals and valve cover gaskets. The last piece of the puzzle was the O-ring which is technically not serviceable according to Toyota.
I used a generic eBay set of O-rings which cost $15 but were kind of small and the rubber was soft.
I found better viton set for same price but for QTY 10.

The O-ring is a 151 90A Durometer 3″ ID, 3-3/16″ OD, 3/32″ width.

You will need a 5-point security, 30 IPR bit to unscrew the bolts
