espero tu comentario gracias.
I currently have a 95 xle camry v6 n my speedometer stopped working would I
use this same process and would i need to get my speedometer calibrated if
I do this myself?
Great video! I can do this, thank you
dude, do you know how to disassemble the speedometer it self? My numbers
are all black i need to clean them but i cant take the pointer out of the
way
yeah, just replace them with a junkyard unit. the 7th gen corollas are bad
about the gauges breaking. if your gas gauge still doesnt work after that
you most likely have a sending unit issue.
Do you remember How much you paid for the whole gauge cluster?
thanks man im glad that i could help.
thanks. My trip odometer busted as described. A new speedometer head $200
++ and new dash panels more than our used cars… so got a Geo Prizm dash
panel with gauges for $25. I did remove the face plates, putting my Corolla
face on the Geo Prizm unit. Works great. ps removing the speedometer needle
was a bit tricky. Several others posted youtubes helping through that
puzzle. Thanks for reminder that NUMI assembled both makes, sharing many
similar parts. Keep up good work!
i may have paid $40 bucks for it. definitely no more than $50.
Like u know how to fix that?
yeah, just fill up the tank till the pump stops and you’ll be fine. glad i
could help.
Hey my speedometer don’t work just the temp one works but my gas don’t work
also I know how to fix that?
Hey, thanks man. This helped, I had replaced all the gauges in my 93 DX and
I was wondering how to set the mileage, for the longest time I was
searching but this video helped. I had a question maybe you could answer.
The fuel gauge is set, and the needle is not like the others where it just
winds back down. The new one was set one way and the old one is set all the
way down and I cannot recall how it was. But if I get the tank filled could
I just set it to full and it will be fine?
i don’t recommend doing that. after you tear it apart you’d have to have to
have the speedometer re calibrated so its more trouble than its worth.
