I have a 2003 tundra 4×4 and frankly the only thing not wrong with it is the AC the engine itself and the transmission. The front end still has issues that were never rectified in the warranty from the factory and the rear end has super weak springs it is the stepside model. I use it as my ATV on my property but the fact that Toyota never fixed anything and I'm talking about a bunch of little things like bad fuel sender unit bad radio all sorts of electrical stuff as a matter of fact. I did not expect this from a Toyota as I've never had this kind of problems from Nissan trucks.

Mick Jager says:

Because they have canister filters?

Zain Qaiser says:

You never heard of 4Runners leaking oil from Timing chain cover?

who cares says:

Lol I worked at a Ford dealership and had a vehicle come in for a recall and I suggested an oil change because there wasn't any oil on the dipstick lol vehicle had 30,000+ miles. They approved it. When I took the drain plug out it wouldn't drain, the oil was so thick I had to use a screw driver to get the sludge to drain lol he thought cars oil was changed ever 30,000 miles not 3,000 miles.

Eric Rojasvelez says:

Keep believing that crap of dont change the oil until 60…70.. 80.000 miles….I change my car oil every 5/6.000 miles I dont care what anybody said

Edward Anthony says:

I still wouldn't try it.

Adam Jack says:

DO NIT LET YOUR CAR GO 80k miles without an oil change. Do not listen to this guy

Jay Hockley says:

The Guy buys a Vette , but wants to make it slower ??
Sell it and buy a Prius .

MrChris7582 says:

any car can go for a long time with out an oil change. my first car was a Pontiac sunfire and no one told me how to maintain it. so I just kept driving it. i added oil if it was dry thats it. never changed the oil in the history of the car. had 20k miles on it when I bought it at 18 at the time. ended up dying at 140k miles engine finally seized from all that old oil being in it. I never even changed the oil filter ever. I know a friend that ran a chevy camaro it was a 2000s camaro ss. never changed the oil only added oil to it. it died at 160k miles engine siezed. it will eventually kill your car to do that but it lasts way longer than people realize

BrainPlasma says:

I read a report that customs rejected a load of Chinese rotors after a metallurgy test revealed garbage steel. OEM as much as you can.

Jim Befit says:

If you hit a bump, and the vehicle pushes back, or is bounces back- shocks are bad. When it gets to pogoing, SHOCKS are non-existant!

Nicole C says:

2022 tundra looks horrible. Toyota you had a good thing going. Stop worrying about EPA

Aiden Garcia says:

Scotty I bought a 2012 GMC Terrain SLT and it burns oil and I haven’t paid it off what should I do

Cody Kerns says:

I spit out my drink laughing hearing that advice "control your foot with your brain" .

Clarence Scott says:

I have a 2010 Toyota corolla 101,000 miles i never changed to transmission fluid , should change it or just leave it unchanged at this point

Doug Uyehata says:

A friend from a long time ago was driving BMW and we just started talking about cars. I thought he owned the the car that he was driving but he didn’t and said that it was a lease. I found out that when the lease company was asking that he being in the car for servicing , he thought they were trying to rip him off for additional charges. I told him that with a lease agreement, you didn’t have to pay for the maintenance but you need to bring in the car for it’s oil change at no charge. It has been almost 3 years and the end of the lease agreement so he never had the oil changed.

Hi Scotty, I have a 2011 Lexus ES350 with 53000 miles on it. Is there any scheduled/precautionary maintenance I should have done soon?

King K says:

Hey Scotty. I have a 2002 Lincoln Town Car. My issue I'm having is the front end and sometimes the back right after the front randomly violently vibrates at highway speeds for about 4-5 seconds at a time and goes away like nothing happened then it's back to smooth cruising. I went to Firestone to get a suspension check and they said everything checked out except my shocks and my "may need" replacing. I've since replaced my shocks with brand new ones and nothing is wrong with my tires or alignment as I had those checked too and my car still does the same thing. HELP!

Isaiah says:

Instructions unclear, I went 200k miles without a Oli change and now my engine is missing

Geddy Costello says:

Hi Scotty, I'd love to see you do a video on the bikes you own. I've been riding for around 40yrs and the Triumph and Suzuki are awesome bikes. Love your channel and content you provide to save people $$$.
