Mother in law has a 2003 Camery, she started hearing a knocking not too long ago and it turned out that a rod failed, her mechanic contacted Toyota about getting a replacement and the response was that they said she should buy a new car. Mechanic found a replacement at a junk yard.

Is 133,000 miles to much for a 2015 charger rt police interceptor ?
My son has the previous generation (4th Gen) Camry LE, a 2001 with the 2.2 liter four cylinder engine with 190k. It seems to be a better Camry than my daughter's next generation (5th Gen) Camry LE, a 2002 with the 2.4 liter four cylinder engine with 190k. My son's 2001 Camry still has it's original Toyota Denzo Starter and it burns no oil and the AC is always ice cold. The automatic transmission is solid. My daughter's 2002 Camry is an oil burner, and AC needs re-charging every spring. I know both cars will last and will be reliable but, my son's 4th Gen 2001 Camry LE seems to be a better car.

Just bought a 2023 Camry. In Eco mode I’m getting almost 46mpg. 4 cylinder, not a hybrid. Decided to go Toyota thanks to Scotty.

By the time the code comes on it's too late. Preventative maintenance keeps that light off full time. bad struts can also perform like good struts when they're really bad.

Toyota is junk. 2/3 of Toyota's fleet have been recalled in 2021 and 2022. Please, do not take my word for the truth, look it up yourselves. Toyota is junk
I have a 2019 Camry SE hybrid and love it. I'll be back to the channel in 10 years for a mileage update. In the meantime 59 mpgs.

Mr. Scotty, you suggested getting and air pump and a basic tire repair kit but I thought, "When was the last time I had a flat?"' Well, on Saturday we had two flat tires! Luckily it was on the morning we we leaving to see our daughter in college! But it cost 50.00 to fix them (by roadside assistance) and it took almost 2 full hours! I've learned my lesson!
