We had an old Fairmont wagon that would do this. Us kids would fight over who got to stick their feet under the floor vent as mom turned! It was nice to feel that ice cold water on your feet! Eventually we figured out dad had done some exhaust repair and had turned the drain up to keep it out of his way. Later he never moved it and it melted to the port on the case. Cost him about fifty bux to find out he did it and getting the part from a bone yard. I never forgot that lesson!
