This lawsuit might haunt Toyota if they knew about the issue and continued to sell vehicles, what do you think will happen?

Do you think this lawsuit will be thrown out or will the courts stick it to Toyota?
Probably why the new 4-Runners never came out yet
I've seen photos from internals of faulty engines and you can clearly see some areas aren't fully milled. So that is definitely the main cause of the issues. Also there are plenty of these engines over 100k miles already so I doubt it is actually a failure in the design.
There's a reason that Toyota is delaying the production of the 4runners.
What a joke.
If you're stupid enough to buy a Toyota pile of shit that's on you
Another over priced junk new vechile
Sucks being a toyota tech as well…many owners even with nothing wrong with there vehicle watch these videos and read forums and get worried and being to "notice" things that aren't there
That’s what the warranty for , law waste of time!
I wonder if this is what is delaying the new 4Runners…

Maybe Toyota should go back to 8 cylinder until they get more reliability to the new 6 cylinder engine
After seeing sooo many issues with the 4th Gen, need to go out an give my 3rd Gen w/manual gearbox a big hug. Looks like we are going to be together for a long time and might travel together for over 300,000 miles.
I bought an old 2024 4Runner TRD pro earlier this year and I haven’t even had a single recall or problem. It’s a beautiful thing.
