Thank you so much!
Dude! Thanks so much! I was stuck but got it all figured out after watching a few times. I really appreciate the effort. I’ve done many clutches but never one with these weird springs! 🙂

do you think it will work on my 2001 gsxr 600 ? plz someone let me know
Question so you don’t have to loose the tension cable for clutch all the way before doing this?
the design in these machines, if you consider it,..it is pretty damned amazing. The whole bike is a precision piece of machinery,, dont know about yall. but I just marvel when working on my bike at just how damned amazing the whole contraption is. Owner of SP600, XR600 and CRF450. yeah I am a dirty guy. Good video and thanks.
Do I need an actual torque wrench or can I just use a ratchet. How do you know which order the plates go in. The plate set I bought is a EBC brakes-CK series and of all the 9 plates…theres only 1 that is the smallest(or skinniest)! I have a 1999 Suzuki gsxr600???Would it also be a problem if I used synthetic rather than regulare 4 cycle motorcycle oil???..This is my first clutch replacement that I am gonna do on my own!…This is a GreatVID by the way bro. Thanks man! How did you resealed the clutch cover? Used OEM gasker or some liquid gasket?
Great video BTW, a life saver!
do you know where i can get a new clutchs
good job
good old 240p
Man I really appreciate this video. My clutch is slipping like crazy and being a novice in bike repair brought it to a shop who quoted me around £150 to change the clutch plate/springs and oil. A clutch plate can be bought for £50 off the net. I’m gonna give it a go myself with the help of your video. Massive Thanks from North London. UK
, Since your screws are damaged, just remove them with an extractor and toss them as they are not needed.
Great vid, can I ask you, dont you got there 3 screws under the 30mm main nut? Iam changing my clutch now, Ive got an 750gsxr (’98) and there 3 tiny screws, which are damaged on the heads and I couldnt get out more then one :-/
ok bobala
after watching all of these, I think it’s time to go picking and packing cherries on the farm and use the cash to have mine done by a shop
in the uk its cir clip in the us well guess you have to call it somthin else lol
when putting in the clutch plate how do you know what order to put the plates
what fluid do you soak the clutch plates over night
when you drain the oil is it engine oil or transfluid
