Thanks for the detailed instruction, enjoyed this video!
Where did u find that pipe? I’ve been lookin for it with no luck
Yes. It’s the same bike with a front cowl. The back is 100% the same as is
my naked 03. Follow every word (even the file) And it’s a snap
Great video it helped me a lot with the installations of my Delkevic
exhaust.
ive the same exact SV as you and id love to see more videos from you!
Would this tutorial work with an 06 sv650s?
Did you lose or gain any torque, horsepower, top speed by putting on the
slip-on?
No, it’s not, technically. Although I don’t know many slip-on pipes that
are ‘street’ legal due to emissions and noise regulations.
Just done my wifes K8… thankfully I didn’t use a saw to cut the pipe, but
instead used an exhaust pipe cutter, as what looks rather like a catalytic
converter sits within the pipe maybe up to 100mm from the lambda sensor.
Just a heads up for those with newer versions, I fitted the 350 mm version
to her bike, sounds nice even with the baffles in.
Thank you so much. You are a great teacher, I followed everything you said
and it came out great : ) Only thing is……IT”S SO LOUD!!! WOW!
