John Wessinger says:

Hey Schneids I have a 1993 Suzuki 300 King Quad 4×4 and I have enjoyed watching your videos on repairs for them. I recently had issues with the front brakes so I rebuilt the master cylinder and tried to bleed the brakes all to no avail. It was a gooy mess so since it wouldn't bleed i took each line off all the way to the wheel cylinders blew them out and reinstalled them and still they wouldn't bleed. then I rebuilt the wheel cylinders and reinstalled them and I still can't get the system to bleed out. What do you think I'm doing wrong or need to do to bleed the brakes?

kel milne says:

Just replaced my front wheel cylinders. For those in Australia, dealership price is $129 each cylinder. Exact same wheel cylinders I purchased is from a Suzuki Swift car at $20 each from a local brake business.

Tom Simbron says:

Can you do valve adjustment some time?

Paulo Silva says:

Hi, modified my front brakes to disk brakes.
I have the same quad (for my proposal, best quad ever made), the week point is this front brakes, they don't like water or mud…

Hey man! Just did my front brakes. However, there isn’t much stopping power for them. Hand lever is firm and everything has been bled but not brakes don’t lock up or grab. Is there a way to adjust them?

Sorry to keep bugging you but appreciate the help. Thanks!

Marco Ceccarelli says:

My opinion the toughest four wheeler ever made. Suzuki was the first one to come up with the diff lock.

Perfect timing, was planning on doing the brakes in the morning. You’ve really made getting my quad running again much easier
