Diesel Particulate Filter / How to Remove and Clean Blocked DPF (Suzuki Grand Vitara 1.9 ddis)

Diesel Particulate Filter / How to Remove and Clean Blocked DPF (Suzuki Grand Vitara 1.9 ddis)

Wondering if you can clean your car’s Diesel Particulate Filter yourself at home? Yes❗ You can❗ Since I can, you can too❗ And It Works 💯%❗
And the best part is that it cost me almost no money. For me, the most difficult part of the whole process was the removal of the DPF, because the bolts were rusty. But if you have a few tools, a little knowledge, and dexterity, after watching @RS Team video carefully you will be able to do it too.
✅ I’ll tell you what happened to me.
Because lately, I drive my Suzuki Grand Vitara only in urban conditions, its DPF filter clogged. This has happened to me before and I know that if quick action is not taken, the car goes into service mode and should not be driven. For the good of the engine, I had to clean the DPF as quickly as possible.
So I called the service center to ask how much it would cost me. I felt bad! I was really sick when I heard how much I have to pay!
I decided! I will do it myself! First, to test whether it will be done at home without a special expensive detergent and without a special machine.
And second, to check if it really should be that expensive?
Watch the video on how I did it! I will also tell you what detergent I used, in what proportion I diluted it, and how long I kept it inside.
I am so happy with the result! I just can’t describe it! My car has been reborn! My Grand Vitara has never been so good before. I immediately felt the difference.
Later in the time, I will write in the comments to the video, how much time has passed before the DPF is polluted again.
I hope that by watching my video, you can do it yourself too! And I will be glad this way to help you save money and headaches.
