lol so hard
the bar that he is using to jack the car up isnt designed for that its simply a sway bar and eventually thats going to break up against the transfer case causing it to break which is very costly to replace. i worked on these cars and i couldnt tell you how many people made this mistake. jack it up side by side. the main frame is behind the front wheels youll see a little bump where you jack the car up.
What engin do you have on your SX4? There is no need to reset the service intervals?
my 2012 is way harder to get to the filter. there is an AC line right in the way.
You put the new filter seal side down on concrete, and you use the old oil for the new filter seal?

Cool. Thanks.
Is there a black plastic flap that covers this area usually? I have a Suzuki Grand Vitara and just noticed that a flap under the car has become undone and half hanging off the car….. Taking it into the shop Monday, but curious what it is.
so the filter comes off easy on the next oil change
why do you use old motor oil on ur gasket seal?
Well done! Hope you will throw in changing the spark plugs and a brake job. I’ve got 45,000 on mine and those jobs are coming up, although it looks like those jobs are going to be pretty common. (I hope)
Nice Video. I am changing the oil on my dad’s Suzuki too. Easy.
i add 5q oils to my car is that okay or is it too much…
can you please show me how to change spark pluge on a suzuki sx4 or how to take out the engine cover thank you very much.
man, it sucks how the filter is so damn close to the exhaust like that. thanks for the video!
@MREURONCAP 2.0L
Great video, thanks!
dam your oil was disgusting
There are some very minor details to the video but the FACT you went through the trouble to help everyone gives you, the video, and the steps needed for this procedure an A+. It is a really well recorded oil change. Thank you very much for this post.
though I Know how- this is a nice, clear visualization for those that need to see it done as well as read how. Nice job
