Oh well. At least its almost winter so you don’t feel bad. Its not like its
still warm out.

Well Brian, judging by the work you did on the Mustang, getting that rear
to operate will be a walk in the park. I think most of those used a vacuum
or electrically operated solenoid to switch speeds. You would have to let
off the gas while cruising, pull or push a button and then when you hit the
gas again it was switched. Watch the video in my favorites called Chevy C60
drive.

you said be careful threading steel bolts into Aluminum housings… Yeah–
I learned my lesson there earlier this week… trashed the threads on my
thermostat housing… And the motorcycle rider thing– too many people are
picking fights and cry victim when the poo hits it…

Nice video as usual. Watching the whole thing now. I wish you lived closer.
I’d have you take a look at my Ford Big Job’s 2 speed rear end and help me
figure out how to get it working lol.

I bought a $55 special Beck Arnley clutch from “R-A” and got a Valeo as
well. It was for my truck, and if you want to hear something that will make
you say DANG, got it together and the pedal didn’t feel
right…bleed…bleed…bleed. NOPE. It had to come all apart, the metal
fingers on the fork go UNDER the lips of the release bearing kids! Never do
that again!

WhoSaidTyler says:

Haha, starting to wonder myself. Work has picked up temporarily so I
haven’t had much time for fun stuff.

Just an hour ago I was wondering if you were still alive!!
