Looks like you use one side most of the time, How about a simple room
divider to chop the room up for heat? Take a few sheets of the foam
insulation and make a wall and ceiling where you can channel the heat. Sort
of like a portable paint booth.
Buy a port-o-potty like you use in a camper (or hunt up a small camp
trailer to sit next to the shop)?
as far as taking a dump either use a handicapped toilet or do what truckers
do……..take to walmart bags……hold one handle in front ,one in back
and there you go

It is damn cold for sure! Took 8 hours to get my well insulated house
garage with 8′ ceilings up to 70 degrees today. Usually takes an hour or
so!
