In today’s video we are replacing a leaking power steering rack on a 2009 Subaru Outback. This is pretty much the same procedure for all Subaru’s power steering rack removal or replacement. On this vehicle in the video, the power steering pump is also believed to have been bad and needing replaced. In this case the pump will make loud noises even after bleeding the system.
