Trust me, its not a big deal. You don’t even notice the small light. I
thought I had bad OCD issues. Andrew you take the cake on that one. LOL.
Thanks for watching.
You’re kidding… They don’t have the compass’s colour match the rest of
the interior? 2011’s mirror with compass/autodim didnt match, but 2013’s
does. But none of the compass/autodim/homelink ones match. I wonder if the
BRZ one will work instead, that shows up as red..
Thanks for the video man. This let me know I needed an installation kit
along with the actual rear view mirror (to attach to the existing joint on
the windshield). The dealership didn’t know…
Great video! This really helped me install mine in 20 mins! Great step by
step institutions made it easy and fast. Thank you Bobby Kolahi for the
video.
Thanks for the well done vid! I just got a Subie Homelink from ebay & am
waiting on some mounting parts for my V1 radar detector. Going to use the
power cable for the mirror to supply the V1 (tap in right near the mirror)
and mount it from the mirror.
Great video. What HomeLink mirror do you use? Is it the one you can buy
from Subaru or something different? Another question is do you need to have
some special garage door or any door with remote will do?
Excellent tutorial! I liked how you included all the small steps and
details that most people would just overlook. Makes for a very detailed way
to prepare for any install.
Bobby as a new subscriber keep the videos coming.
You are a genius knowledgeable
Bobby witch car faster your BMW or STI ?

Its the Homelink from Subaru. Any remote will do and if you forgot you can
press the link button from the garage door puller itself.
Great video bobby!
this is great!!! thanks for everything!
Thank you for those kind words.
