Question, how come when I tighten the u shaped bar onto the thick bar, it
still turns when I righted it all th way
those headlights needs some polishing
If you take the u-bracket off can you bottom the mounting bolt out on the
main mounting bolt? There is a possibility there could be an obstruction in
the threats, or the threads may be damaged. As you tighten the u-bracket
down you need to hold the bracket in place or it will rotate as you
tighten. Let me know if you have any further questions (612) 379-0000.

does it have to be a 1/2 torque wrench? can you use a 3/8?

@mrfulton95 For the 04-05 you will need to remove the foglight
cover/surround to gain access to the tow mounting point. From here you can
leave off the cover all together or drill a small hole in it to fit the tow
hook! Will

@thepandavlog Only on the gd+ chassis. Sorry, the GC8’s have a built in tow
hook down low so we do not have a mounting point.
