Doesn’t look like its going to clear the hood…

Crawford Perf says:

We started with silicone hoses 8 years ago and they seep oil through the pores of the silicone so we stopped using it. Now we use high quality rubber hose just like the factory does.

kuhlka says:

Nothing voids a warranty. They can only deny a specific repair based on whether or not a mod caused the damage. Even if you completely replaced everything on the car, you’d still have a warranty. It just wouldn’t cover anything.

If a dealership ever gives you crap for mild mods, cite the Magnuson-Moss Act and ask them to prove the mod is what caused the other part to fail. Otherwise, make friends with a good lawyer. Dealers frequently take advantage of customers’ ignorance of the law.

Skylar Dunn says:

There’s nothing wrong with high quality zip ties.

KoG GoK says:

they are using zipties to hold the hoses in place and your complaining about the hoses? these fuckers are on another level of greed 400 for a tin can and you get zipties.

Skylar Dunn says:

Those are oem quality hoses, they’re fine.

Pinkycrust says:

The hoses look low quality, they should have gone with silicone.

LilX u says:

isn’t that true? i thought i’d never buy those stuff that won’t increase horsepower. very nice videos

pulsar540 says:

Why use crappy zip clips instead of the factory clips?

dblr3000 says:

Your vids are very well done. I’m seriously considering turning my back on Honda and picking up a BRZ. Wow, great job!

Perrin is doing it better fyi

Taylor Marks says:

Subscribed, looking forward to future videos. You have honestly influenced me to add all of these mods to my BRZ. Thank you for such well organized videos, keep it up man.

Ash Abdullrabzak says:

thanks for these great vids!

HammerDown6030 says:

Thanks.

851995STARGATE says:

lol, metal drummer is correct, simple stuff won’t void warranty aka headers, header or cat back exhausts, throttle bodies and what not, its when you get into the hard core stuff that it voids the warranty like a turbo or supercharger, also if the cause of a problem is from the modifications the warranty doesn’t cover the repair.

HammerDown6030 says:

Thanks, thats what makes a Subaru, a Subaru.

Hunter Bautista says:

nice vid. Did you know perrin will be releasing their own AOS sometime next week? Perrin did say that the install would be cleaner than crawford and grimmspeeds AOS.

metaldrummer517 says:

While the answer technically depends on which dealership you ask, they understand that the BRZ is an enthusiasts car and will very likely honor the warranty of a vehicle with bolt-on mods like the AOS in this video. The kinds of things that will void a Subaru warranty are turbos, nitrous oxide, porting the heads etc….

evilet1111 says:

Zip ties?

Antoniocool86 says:

The only thing I don’t like about this install is the zip ties. They should’ve included clips similar to the factory ones.

HammerDown6030 says:

Will it do anything for the warranty?

Ronan Smith says:

cheers

Ronan Smith says:

What’s the name of the music used in the opening of the video? Thanks

pruchoco says:

Much needed in a direct fuel injection engine, gunk builds up quicker on the valves due to the way the injectors are positioned. The valves don’t get sprayed with fuel.
