You have apparently done this install once or twice! Hahaha!
Thanks for this! Saved me a lot of time and hassle.
All that work and you kept that horrible headunit?? Has to sound like crap. And you kept those horrid speakers too?
Could you please make a video where you make the cable insertion through the firewall clearer? because it’s not clear whether you made a hole or pushed through some space in that grommet. How the tunnel is shaped? Because I want to know the direction to which I should push the wire
Hello. I have a 2021 Subaru WRX STI. I replaced door speakers. Door speaker wire. And adding a subwoofer. I installed a line output converter after the factory amplifier and it is not working. It turns on but I'm only getting.3 volts out of the RCA cables. I double checked all the speaker wires I tapped into. Does the amp have speaker load censors. Help. Thanks
Does this apply to the harmon kardon sound system?
Why not just run power down drivers side??
how did you figure out what wires to connect to im about to do this in my 2013 subaru Crosstrek xv and it has a different stock radio
Hello I’m new to the stereo systems and I was wondering if the output converter would be able to stand two 10”subs
This kit can be used for any subwoofers and amps correct?
Can I use this same setup on the WRX
Hey Chris,
Just curious, how does the sub and amp you used sound? Still enjoying it or are you thinking about replacing any of those components for something better?
Hi pretty new to this, do I need to buy an amplifier or is there anyway I can just use the dials just in my car?
Hi guys, I have a 21 Crosstrek Limited and have starlink system. Do I need a Telematics 16-pin jumper adapter ??
Because I read that the Telematics module will recognize that the output impedance (which is the front speakers in the OEM configuration) is incorrect and this will flag an error on the Subaru Starlink system.
Not 12mm bolts
Hey! Just did this setup, but I’m not getting a connection. I’ve done a few setups so I assume my problem is I wired wrong to the radio. Do you know what the model of this radio is?
Where can I find there wire harness? Any info would be helpful
He making me feel out of breath lol
Where did you find the best place to mount the bass knob you were talking about?
What about a 2016 impreza?
why on the floor. in the northeast it would get wet
Is this amp only powering the sub or is it powering all the speakers in the cabin as well? Looking to do a similar setup but am interested in getting more power to the cabin speakers as well.
Thank you very much; thag was helpful. I hope you will upload a video showing the right motion of removing clips without causing stress marks, cosmetic damage, or even breaks. Also, what AWG did you use for the blue wire coming from the battery?
Thank you very much
