Thanks for the video!! I have a ’06 Forester XT with a CEL P0030 bank 1
sensor 1 heater control circuit. But I’ve checked the resisntce on the two
black cable that goes to the sensor and the multimeter beeped and showed
around 7 ohms… any ideas?

Great video as usual Eric! Having the same heater issue with both my 92

If u got rid of your subaru your always fixing , u could work on customer
cars and buy a lift and a furnace for your shop.

RomanAutomotive says:

Eric, you should get a scope like the one in my videos. It only cost about
$300 you can stop guessing when it comes to testing these electronic
components. You have been a real benefit to me through the years; thank you
very much.

1996blackgt says:

Come on man! geez

newtekie1 says:

tim allen says:

if it said it was lean it could be unregistered air coming from something
like a intake gasket but since you have white smoke coming form the exhaust
your burning coolant. You might need a new head gasket big problem. Your
car is burning coolant and propabally contaminated the 02 sensor replacing
it wont solve the problem

razzmatazz841 says:

sweet pony tail

MassMechanic says:

Eric when you gonna get a scope? You can get a decent 2 channel for $250;
come on, we don’t want to lose you to change.

Philip Lo says:

yup. That and sometimes you can ruin your meter.

EricTheCarGuy says:

I probably could loose a few pounds too.

Miguel Cortes says:

faster

Vitreous says:

Thanks Eric – I’ll be changing my front one soon which I think is getting a
bit lazy on my 2007 2.5i Impreza (same motor) – this was a big help!

WhenImGoneCa says:

sometimes is not about miles so that just cancels it’s self out. depends
how much its driven. maintenance every factor comes into play so millage is
useless

BADFISHHHHHH says:
