The Saturn looks so much nicer than the Pontiac. You mentioned a windscreen on the boxer. You can get a windscreen for the Sky and I would think the Solstice. I installed a ton when I was a line tech at Saturn. Saturn was a political casualty. 16 buyers lined up to purchase Saturn. Zero for Pontiac, 1 for Hummer, 1 for Saab. Roger Penski won the bid for Saturn. He was working with Nissan to bring the Sentra up to the safety standard of Saturn. It would have come with the 2.4L Ecotec Motor. At the same time President Obama's Car Zar wanted to buy Saturn and turn it into a full EV car company. On the day of closing Nissan pulled out of the deal and also happened to come to an agreement of using an ONstar type of tech. Penski would have had to start paying big fines for being above the standard EPA. He asked for six months to secure another compact car. They said no. He asked for 3 months. again no. So he did not sign. The plan became that the car zar would buy Saturn a year later but he was found to be dirty just like Nissan was found dirty in pulling out and receiving OnStar tech.
Saturn was actually known for being "A different kind of car and a different kind of car company". This was true until Oldsmobile was dropped and Saturn was moved into that GM cookie cutter spot. The main goal of Saturn was to exceed the customers expectations. The engineers actually listened to the tech's who had to work on them. The "S" car (SL, SL1, SL2, sedans SW1, SW2 Station Wagons and SC1, SC2 Sports Coupe) the 1 models had a single cam 1.9L inline 4 cylinder, 14" wheels, and dark textured bumpers. The 2 Models had Twin Cam 1.9L inline 4 Cylinder and upgraded interior as well as bigger 15" wheels and painted bumpers. The SC2 had popup lights from 1991 (The cars first year) to 1996. 95 SC2 was my favorite. My wife bought a brand new SC2 in 1995 right before we got married. When she got her 2001 Yellow coupe a made it a beast. At 200k miles I swaped out the auto transmission for a five speed manual. I rebuilt the engine the Tom Brandileer way using pistons from a 1999 twin cam and head from a 1991 along with other secrets. If you know you know. It ended up with 300HP from 124 stock HP. I sold it when my son started to drive. It's still going. It's a track car now and doing great. Very underrated cars. They were Honda Civic killers in the street racing wars and nobody expected it. The early Saturns were great to work on. They made sense. They were great cars as well. We still have one Saturn in our fleet. 2001 SC2 3dr coupe special edition yellow. It has just over 300k miles. It still has the original clutch! That is with my wife, son, daughter, and nephew all learning how to drive manual on that car. It still has the original Timing chain. The deepest I have been into the engine has been the Cam Cover gasket and intake manifold gasket. My daughter is now the driver of Tweety. It was my wife's but she now has a 2018 yellow Jeep Renegade-BigBird. She loves yellow vehicles. The car and our daughter are both 2001 models (23 this year). Our daughter started in a rear facing infant seat in the back and is now in the drivers seat. The car has a body kit and and some bolt on performance mods. Still looks great and runs great. Saturn was a great car and company. It's a shame politics got in the way!

Great informative video gentlemen. You deserve more views (so far). I just dont understand youtube some times. Maybe if you clown around more and know less about cars the algo will like you better? jk of course. I love roadsters. I have currently have a 986 boxster s and a 07 z4 3.0si. They are a blast to drive. I've owned many other types of cars, 7 or 8 different generation corvettes including the c8. i have a z06 on order but to be honest, I have more fun in these. Keep up the good work. Subscribed. Cheers
