I would love to know if Command & Conquer or Discworld work with this as they have known issues running on CD-R
All you have to do to exercise the 'Dual mode' feature is to completely dissassemble the Saturn you just installed it in and then install the MODE in your Dreamcast. Then when you want to use it in the Saturn again wash, rinse, repeat! Easy, peasy!
When you have X-Men vs street fighter on your sd card is the 4mb cart needed ? Or could it work without it.
Can you add space for saves or do you still need a memory card?? Also I'm having trouble with Dragon Force freezing. Also Nights into Dreams. Have you tried either of those??

I'm amazed at how fast it arrived. Shipped on Jul 10. Arrived on Jul 14. Loving the product although I have chosen to use it in my Dreamcast as opposed to the Saturn. I had some issues with crummy GDI files not working but I have replaced the defunct files and it works perfectly now. Excited for the cover database to be ready! Also, feels nice knowing that, should my Saturn drive ever go out, I can just pop this bad boy in it!
Only thing I see as a negative about this thing is how do you get the sd card usb stick or hard drive off without having to unscrew the top? Seems inconvenient if you want to add new games to your sd card or other device! The only way I guess is too just make sure you load everything you want the first time so you dont have to constantly unscrew the top off to get access to the storage media! But maybe I'm wrong. I dont understand how this works exactly. Can you or anyone explain how this works thanks?

In my experience, most of these types of products are VERY picky about SD cards. Just last week, the micro SD card I had in my Mega Everdrive suddenly stopped working for no reason. It was a cheap Lexar microSD, but it WAS working up to last week and suddenly I got IO errors. I tried my two other Samsung microSD cards, all formatted to fat32, and nothing worked. Finally I went out and picked up a Sandisk microSD and it worked perfectly. I've experienced similar issues with my SNES Everdrive, my Rhea, and my GDEmu. You really need to use genuine Sandisk cards on these products.
