The plastic broken part of the manifold is cut off and the new Car Saturn part is installed with no leaks. It took me about 8 hours with a lot of breaks in between… 🙂 Even though I’m not a mechanic, this job really wasnt that difficult to do… But, I wouldn’t want to do it again…
Once again a BIG thanks to you guys for inventing and making the “Intake Manifold Repair Kit” available. It saved me a chunk of money.

Friday, 3PM Pacific time and my daughter wouldn’t be able to drive her 2000 Saturn SL2 back to school Monday because of the leaking water nipple on the manifold. Wes saves the day with this slick fix. He even took it to his local FedEx office on Saturday so I could get it on Monday! The fix took about 4 hours and works perfectly – BIG THANKS from Dave in Carson City NV.

Finally got my 01 SC2 fixed @Carsaturn today. Dropped it off and was ready to go same day. No more leaking Manifold =)
From now on this is my goto auto shop in Atlanta. Looking forward to keeping my 161,000 miles ride…

Had both nipples brake on mine. See you soon to get this fixed on my 01 SC2.
