Hello everyone! In this video, I go over the unboxing and setup of the Saturn SD415 inflatable boat. This boat is massive, 13.8 feet long to be exact, and the largest inflatable Boatstogo/Saturn offers that still uses an air deck floor. Anything bigger, and the floor switches to aluminum, which at that point you’ll likely be needing a trailer instead of the folding/unfolding method I prefer to use. I plan on doing the water review on a day trip to one the islands I have visited before, have yet to decide which one. Hope you guys enjoy the video.

Can’t wait to see it in action. At least for me, this pushes it past portability. Between the boat and engine weight, I’d be hard pressed get this down to a river bank. Currently, my setup is a Sea Eagle PaddleSki with a 6hp Tohatsu—easy to assemble in the parking lot then roll it down to the boat launch on portable wheels. These Saturns look better built than Sea Eagle.

I owe 2 saturns, and ive noticed even heavy duty fishing boats, have poor protection from the bottom, they need to create rubberized bottom not only in middle and on sides, but whole bottom should be covered in protective layer, because taking these into ocean over reefs is very risky, and ive been over some, other inflatable boats have completely rubberized bottom, so maybe you can relate this message to Saturn. Thanks for posting
