Thanks for the info, we Saturn owners must watch how much load we put on
that cigar lighter circuit. On the Gen 2 1996 Saturn, what is the fuse
amperage for the cigar lighter? Are there any other circuits powered up
along with the cigar lighter fuse? If I had any auxiliary devices that
needed power, (power inverter, dash camera, cell phone charger, etc..)
where would be a good place to tap an extra fuse circuit so as not to
overload the cigar lighter?
Not sure its because the connector is too weedy or its just not tight
enough and creates resistance/heat.
Sounds like the fusebox needs modding with a hole and wire soldered direct
to the internal connection, the other end could tap into the incoming feed,
a bypass.
Bodgy it would be but it would never bother you again :-))
Your one of the best along with scannerdanner,ETCG,realfixesrealfast, scotty
kilmer,briansmobile1.
Hey Rich –
Like always a very good well explained video – also – your camera is
close up to where you want everyone to see what the problem is .
Why the hell my tail light fuse in my 95 corolla is sooo hot? The fuse is
melting so bad.

Thanks for another great video. Could you make a video on adjusting the
idle set/stop screw on a late 90s Saturn S-series?
Thanks Rich,I’m going to check mine on my gen 3 because I have an after
market radio. Still going strong after 190k though thanks to you!

You’re closing in on having a video for every S-Series pattern failure and
maintenance item.
