1:37 were there any crush washers or O-Rings where the suction/discharge lines meet the compressor? I have a small leak there and I was wondering how to source replacements before opening up the system
Thank you for an easier task. The first video I watched they did it from the top & wow so much more to dismantle to get to the compressor. I use to work on cars my dad was a mechanic but the arthritis stops me from working on them now. Plus they don't build cars like they use to in the 60's when anyone could work on them. LOL It is a 2005 & my daughter gave it to me last year with orginal 48,355 miles on it. She didn't drive much. But this year the compressor went out and too hot in Ohio to be without AC
Outstanding Sir, thanks for the know how and how to. I have to do this on my 05 Vue 2.2 liter, 246,500 K miles. Compressor gave up in the SE FL heat yesterday driving a 650 mile trip. Thankfully the parts are readily available.
Awesome, lover it, short and to the point. I have to do this job on my 05 Vue with 235,565 miles on it, 2.2 liter engine. Exactly what I needed to know. Many thanks for sharing!
