Seems like the amount of time to just turn the engine, except more of removing things to get to it. I just stay away from side mount V6s as a general rule. Forget this BS lol

Can’t you just loosen the front motor mounts and pull the motor forward with a ratchet strap? Be much easier than all that work

Awesome job showing how it’s done thank you. That’s a lot just to replace the alternator this is a back breaker job lol.
Actually it's not the first video but it's the best video. The only difference with the 2007 uplander is the bolt in the back on the right. It has a combo bolt that has a threaded bolt on top of the head of it. You have to remove a smaller nut that holds a wire then you can use a deep 15mm to remove the bolt.
