not region free and is on ps2?

I take it it is a bin and cue file or there you need to burn the cue file
with nero and that should do the trick, If it is separate music from the
disc image make shure the music files or wav formate if not you need to
convert them then burn the cue fiel if there no cue file you may need to
make one using cue maker
