My parents have a 2006 Torrent, I believe it has the same frame design as the Vue. It has been oil sprayed regularly, and it does not have the rust right there. Which is amazing considering the age, 270,000km on the odometer, and the fact it gets winter driven every year. They've had it probably 15 years or so now.. I love that car.. But I really enjoyed your repair video , good stuff
