Saturns may go way down in price during the phase out. Maybe 50% off from
what I heard on the news. If its true I might look into getting a new
Saturn. I have a 99 SL2 1.9 DOHC 5 speed with 160,000 on it and the motor
runs great, very reliable car. I bought it cheap, the guy who owned it at
the time said he thought the starter was out and didn’t want to spend the
money to fix it so I got it for a deal. Come to find out the problem was
the GRD wire from the block to battery.

I’m thinking about modding my XR. Could you share a little more about the
exhaust. It sounds great! Do you feel the extra ponies? And the air intake?
I couldn’t find one but did get a performance filter that has made a
noticeable difference.
and where did you find a turbo kit and im getting my limiter taking off and
how much did your exhaust cost?
oh and is it a 3″ filter you used? is the diameter 3″?

@photoman9988 haha. if I’m not mistaken, ricer usually refers to a Japanese
made car. if you knew anything, you’d know that Saturn is a GM car made in
America. Since that point has been made, we’ll move on to the “gay ass”
license plate. GTRdude is short for GuiTaR dude..something I’ve been

oh definitely…more torque/high-end horsepower I’ve kept up with (almost
beaten if I had more road) Pontiac Solstice GXP’s and newest gen V8 Trans

I’ll probably do the same setup you have, but without the expanded pipes,
and I’m gonna put 3.5 inch exhaust tips on the back 🙂
i just bought my saturn…do u no if there is any chrome tailights for this
car
it is pretty loud at lower RPMs, but it doesn’t sound like a fart or a weed
whacker when you’re just cruisin’ down the street or highway lol, it’s a
lot deeper and throaty, cuz lets face it, it’s a bigger V6 than most cars
in its class, and it sounds great when you have it at full throttle around
5000-6000 RPMs
@hulk0618 I haven’t ever dynoed it, but I’m guessing it should have around
270-275hp, maybe more, maybe less, i dunno! There’s a lot of factors that
come into play when obtaining hp ratings!
