Long story short, Wipers were froze to the windshield,turned on and the bushing from the wiper control arm broke off. I could hear the motor running but the blades were not moving. Looked up several videos and put the pieces together and made it happen. Total labor 2 hours. cost savings 250$$$ My cost=Around 14$
