what transmission model is that?
hi , you were selling me a rebuild valve body for a 2003 saab 9-3 linear , im having an issue again with the car because i overhaul the tranny but with the old solenoids, i want to get new solenoid with the pack, i want to know if you are still selling this valve body
There are 8 solenoids in the valve body, there is 3 large piston type solenoids and 5 small solenoids. I have valve bodies for sale on ebay, you may also contact me personally and I can assist you with problem.
You may contact me personally and I can help you with this issue.
im getting a code for shift solenoid a, electrical. would i happen to find shift solenoid a somewhere in there?
Hey I cant find the second part on the saab valve body removal….i need it, because I have the exact same car, and getting the same issue.
I have a valve body that I just completely rebuilt for $300. The valve body is refundable and returnable within 10 days. The rebuild consisted of new solenoids and gaskets while using the old valve body assembly that had been chem dipped to remove any deposits.
Well, the car would not go into gear at all, just stuck. It would start fine and go into drive, but wouldn’t engage. I pulled that complete valve body apart cleaned everything with brake cleaner and put it back together and the car drove fine. I found a solenoid that had been stuck. I was able to clean the solenoid up and place it back in the valve body and get the car running again.
Many people assume that once the car won’t go in gear that the tranny went out or the torque converter.
and it is a 2003 9-3 just like your car haha
Hi, im having the problem with shift solenoid C , i pulled the code and i have de p0763 shift solenoid C electrical like you i just bought the car, it runs like a champ when not in limp mode so i don’t know what do you recommend me, the tranny fluid it’s just a bit dirty but not mixed with coolant , were can a find a valve body or just the solenoid
