FCP Euro says:

I don’t think there are any notable differences between the 2002 and 2003 model years of this car, unless you’re looking at a different size engine you shouldn’t see any differences. Hope that helps.

Great videos!! They are very good and informative. I have a 2003 95 arc and want follow your maintenance videos. Are the 2002 and 2003 models the same? What is the difference? Which videos should I not follow?
Thank you,
Mark

Question.
Is there a serviceable transmission filter in this car (9-5 Arc)?
Thanks.

Nathandm78 says:

The newer LiquiMoly TopTec ATF 1200 will meet the requirements of this transmission. Also your prices for LM2034 are more expensive than a quart of Genuine fluid which meets all specs and requirements and is conveniently available at any Toyota/Lexus dealer (since Toyota is the parent company of Aisin Transmissions) which are about $6-7.

Nathandm78 says:

You’re using the wrong fluid for this transmission. This transmission is a Saab Sentronic 5 speed automatic made by Aisin which requires Mobil 3309, or Toyota Type IV mineral based fluid. LiquiMoly ATF III does NOT meet the requirements or specifications set by Aisin for this transmission. Using LM2034 will eventually cause premature damage and failure to this transmission. It is however suitable for the earlier Saab/Aisin 4speed automatic transmission.
