I broke one of my fittings, Ordered both from Europarts online for $20 delivered. NOW- to try to replace them without ruining the plastic line. anyone have a video on how to do this? I am assuming use the heat gun, pull old broken fitting out, and push new one in while still hot. I pray it holds the pressure

Always used transmission oil on you fuel tank.. every full tank get one quart of a quart of transmission oil.. that keeps the fuel pump lubricated at all times also will increase ur mpg by raising the compression and also will eliminate carbon builds on the combustion chMber.. u can also used 2cycle oil for this..

Thank you for the video and the warning about how easy it is to break the little fittings on top. I now need advice on what to do when I break one. 🙁 Can those be purchased separately? Perhaps someone is collecting old fuel pump assembly cores for recycling? Let me know if you have any advice.
