Yeah this is all down to the owner. That state is your fault for not
servicing and only topping up the oil not saabs. Get it properly serviced

First you need to take the downpipe off the turbo that has two catalyitic
converters on, then you will need to lift the transmission side a litlle to
be able to pull the sump off…

You could use the correct oil and still have a problem like this, hence the
reason for Saab’s PCV updates.

Ive got an oil feed warning when the engine gets warm on tick over, looked
up the symptoms and everything points to this problem first and foremost.
All thanks to shoddy pipes reacting with oil. PS, how the hell did you get
the sump off? there are so many things in the way I am having a hell of a
job trying. PS, same B205 but Automatic,

That has nothing to do with saab, that is clearly coked oil… This is from
not using the proper synthetic oil that is recommended. The turbos iron
extremely hot and the oil will break down and clog your pick up tube
resulting in oil starvation. MOBIL 1 0w40 all the way

Looks like neglect. There is no way that is a result of regular oil changes
on a properly tuned engine.

that’s a bad one dropped my pan after 130,000ks and it was messy but not as
bad as I expexted.
