Saab 9-3 automatic not shifting into gear or does the shifter feel loose? The rubber grommet inside the shifter cable has probably disintegrated. No need to spend money on a new cable plus the install. Dorman has a kit to repair the grommet. This fits a 2000-2003 saab 9-3 convertible probably fit other years as well.

I need to rework this on a Saab 2001 9 5 , any ideas? The kit does not seem to work.
