In this episode, I remove the side skirts and wheels to find all the rust that is hiding on my 2003 Saab 9-5 Aero! It is a little worse than what the eye can see from the outside. Just done my 2005 Saab Aero convertible – fortunately no rust ! Injected Bilt Hamber Dynax S50 cavity wax into side skirts to protect metal, base of doors and boot lid
Buy the dogleg kit from Orio. I did and 6 months on everything looks good
Thanks for making this video. I thought i had a perfect example of a 9-5 wagon/estate but upon closer inspection it does have some rust starting only in that same area. Will be my next project on the car after i replace the tires.

Needed welding will not fool a MOT tech and grinding without protecting the inside of the the car is madness ! SIR got the same problem on my 2002 Saab 9-5 Aero I'm paying £700 pounds to give me 5 more years had the car from new only 56k on clock if your going to save them do it right Please
