hi thanks for reply. checked resistor and it was fine. accesed the fan and found it had seized sprayed some wd40 in and broke it free turned fans on and bingo they worked saved me alot of money. hope it stays working thats all heard water gets in and can cause it to seize up. fingers crossed anyway thanks for your time and help

On most vehicles they’re usually on the passenger side under the dash.

You may want to start with checking the fuses to see if they are good, if they are good, turn the heat on and check to see if there’s power going to the resistor and also the blower motor when the switches are on. You can do this with an ohm meter or a test light. Usually when a blower motor resistor goes you’ll start to loose some of the speed settings until one day it just will not work anymore. Hope this helps you out. 1aauto.com 888-844-3393

Hi is the fan below the pollen filter. My heating in the car isnt blowing and have heard the fans can seize. I can turn the heating up and down on the climate function just nothing happens. Do you think its the fan thats knackered if so is it best to take to a garage or repair myself. How much would this cost to repair at a garage replies would be appreciated thanks for your time great videos
