So the same issue is happening to my 2006 saab 9-3, although I can’t open my sunroof, only be able to tilt it. I also hear that plastic crunching and my question is if the sunroof is stuck closed on the air deflector how am I able to open the sunroof to repair the 2 clips? Thank you!

Here's a fun fact that I saw on American Dad: you will find this in the episode of Morning Mimosa Season 10 Episode 11. When Stan drives to the
supermarket on King Street, pause whenever the purple color car appears.
If you look at it closely before Stan hits the car, you will find a
perfectly nice Saab 9-3 (believe it's an Arc based on the rims and body kit). Out of all the times, I look at this cartoon, I just noticed that.

I can see the air reflector is broken at the passenger side, why don't you replace it?
Yup I have the same problem on my 9-3 03 this helped so much because I thought my sunroof rail was just broken but I guess they are clips
