Your right Phil, I did however discover that you don’t always need a wiper
post to utilize the tool. I found that you can mount base plates through
cowl punchouts like on the new ford escape, and the Civic. If you would
like more info, please give me a call. The #’s on my website. Thanks for
your input

Dan Boehmer says:

Hi Phil, I can answer that question. You can clearly see how the device is
utilized. I have had excellent results on over 95% of the vehicles I have
worked on over the past 2 years. Any vehicle with an open cowl especially
where there’s no place to put a stop. For example Toyota Sienna, Honda
Odyssey, New Caravan, Chevy Traverse, any Korean model, etc.. It is highly
effective. Rare models such as Montanas and Rendezvous not effective. I’m
sure you agree there’s no perfect tool for everything.

Phillip Gwinn says:

That sounds awesome Dan. So far I’ve noticed one other one for sure and
that would be the 2013 Focus. Wipers are litterally at each end of the
space occupied by cowling. I agree that no one tool works for everything
and I apologize if it came across as critisism of that nature. If one tool
worked in all cases, I’d have bought it already. 😉 Thanks for the reply.
Good Luck.

That is a very good question. While I am the “video guy” and not truly
qualified to answer your question in detail, I am told it will work on over
95% of the passenger vehicles on the road today. You can get a more
detailed response if you send an email to to folks at Rolladeck. The
website is stated at the end of the video. I believe they also have a
facebook page you can link through the web site and post your questions
there.

Phillip Gwinn says:

It looks like an excellent tool. How many vehicles have you found that it
won’t work with?
