Mine just started to struggle to open recently. Halted the operation and closed it. Next day there was fluid on the garage floor. Thought it was an oil leak until I checked your video. It now appears that the fluid is possibly a leak from the hydraulic system for the top. Prolly a technician repair as I feel that some tubing or seal has failed.
Video has given me confidence to at least change that fluid myself. Thank you.

i have the same problem but mine is a leak from one of the hydrolic ramps.i have to take it out and change the seals
