iPad mini installed on Porsche 997

this is an iPad mini installation that I did on my Porsche 997. it replaces the old PCM and it is my only source for music, videos and apps.

the iPad goes direct to a 300w pre amp and the amp is then connected to the OEM loom via an adapter. it sounds pretty loud!

The iPad is the only entertaintment unit on the car. I got rid of the PCM

Im looking to do something similar to my Cayenne. Did you do this yourself? If yes do you have an aftermarket stereo behind the iPad?
