Hi…the Porsche 1984 944 ECU fit in a Porsche 1984 911 Carrera?
Yes Marcel, this test is 100% compatible with your Porsche 924S.
Great Video! Are your test also compatible with a 1987 924S ECU is under
driver side dash. Thanks,
my volt meter didnt read anything, so my sensors are bad?
Great Post, thanks for sharing your knowledge with us. 1985 Porsche 911
Hi Enrique, if you followed the instructions in the video correctly, and
you saw a constant “0.00” on your Volt-Meter, then yes, your sensors are
bad, and they need to be replaced. Call us if you want to get into other
details about your car: 1-800-328-1425 George
Thanks for this clear instructional. Is there different steps for a 944S,
or S2?
Porsche 944S and Porsche 944S2 only have 1 sensor that checks both RPM and
TDC. With your multimeter, check Pins 47 & 48 on the DME harness. If you
get 600-700 Ohms your sensor is good.
