Great tip on moving those clips and doing it in a direction that allows you to easily tap them into place with a screwdriver. This video gave me enough info to do all 4 of my struts in about 1 hour. Straight to the point without endless babbling, well done!

Thanks for the vid! I bought struts for my Boxster and the two second bit of using a screw driver to pop the clip was what I needed! On the Boxster you have absolutely nothing else to remove, sorry you had to take all that housing off.

Are the main rear strids the same on both sides or do i need one specially for the left and another specially for the right? Please
