This guest came to us frustrated as the dealer had diagnosed a head gasket failure in his recently purchased 2016 92A Porsche Cayenne with the 3.6 L non-turbo engine. This is a derivative of the legendary VAG VR6, which we know extremely well.

Dealer (correctly) refused to repair the head gasket, as overheating compromises the head and possibly the block, and being made of aluminum, they warp with heat and will never seal properly. The only possible course of action is to replace the engine with a recycled, low mileage unit. We gladly took on the project!
