OEM spark plugs for Vibe/Matrix are Iridium tip, not Platinum. Also, using anti-seize compound on plated threads allows for over-tightening which could cause the plug to break during installation or later when they are removed. You know if the threads are plated if they are shiny color. I hate when people post videos on here that show bad practices.
I have a 2004 Pontiac vibe.. Is 4501 and everything else in this video correct for me, since you said for 06 or better
