Just watched this video, and I am going to try this out. I will repost to
see how this goes and hopefully thank you for making the video.

I used a Honda issues brand grease (Part #CH666). Not too sure what the
issue would be with only the right signal working. The flasher relay is a
common failure point on these vehicles also. The flasher relay is part on
the 4way flasher switch. Thanks for watching.

What kind of grease did you use on it? I have a 2004 Grand Am, and I’m
having a clicking issue. Thought it was the fuse, but only the right turn
signal is clicking.

thank you for this video. I had for 7 years my gran am and since I Bougth
it this noise was present in my car. It was an annoying noice that i had to
get use to it but thanks to your advice it took me 15 minutes to fix it.

I would replace the multifunction switch. (turn signal / wiper switch
assembly), also there could be a issue with the 4 way flasher relay (thats
where the clicking noise is created when signals are on). I hope this
helps.

NumberOneDragon says:

Okay. Just finished doing this and it is still being psychotic with the
clicking. What’s the next part to check? I’ve searched terms but not
knowing the exact name of parts, “clicking-thingy-majig” just isn’t cutting
it. Thanks. Very good post if this WAS the problem.

crownedroyal2003 says:

Its likely a issue with the 4 way flasher switch and not the multifunction
switch.

Mike Bercier says:

I have an 02 grand am and my signals sometimes won’t work so I would need
turn the 4 ways on to make them work. if I just clean my contacts should ut
resolve my problem or should I replace the switch
