How to use METAL BODY FILLER – Metal to Metal or All Metal Filler – 1967 Pontiac Firebird 400

How to use metal body filler such as metal to metal of all metal filler for filling pinholes, or over fresh welds while restoring a classic 1967 Pontiac Firebird 400.

Using a metal body filler is a bit more work than just standard body filler or bondo, but take your time and you might just like to use metal body filler when you need to.

I am working on my 1967 Pontiac Firebird, restoring it to a daily driver condition, I hope you subscribe and follow along on my journey.

Nice to see you doing some body work to the bird brother. It's not easy body work. is a different monster than metal work. Or mechanical work. It's a skill that requires a lot of time and practice to get it perfect. I can see if you. Keep it up. Everything will turn out great.

Giving me some insight on what may lie ahead for me with the 69. Not looking forward to doing the full on body work. I prefer the mechanics over the looks to work on. Cool video brother!!

Might have to try that metal 2 metal. Got a rust spot on my Jeep fender I need to fix.

@badbird2182 says:

use a rag between your hand and fender it will give you a better feel for high and low spots

@travlite8496 says:

I would be using a 80grit for adhesion 220 is not a good bite for any filler but icing.
