In this video I show the process of disassembling, cleaning, painting and re-assembling of the seat tracks and transmission of a 1967 Cadillac Coupe. The parts and process will be the same on many other 60’s and 70’s full size GM models.

This is not an exciting video. Lots of test driving. The cruise control unit is not functioning, so will do some electrical troubleshooting next chance I get using the procedures in the shop manual. I suspect I have a bad relay and the servo unit itself might also be defective.

I installed the new steering linkage today. So now everything in the front end is new with the exception of the control arm bushings which seem to be ok. I also installed the new front shocks. Also installed my new windshield washer reservoir and pump.
